Abstract

The purpose of this article was to analyze, how in the current stage of artificial intelligence in Brazil, it can be used in procedural law with the purpose of providing greater efficiency in the provision of jurisdiction. To this end, were analyzed the impact of new technologies and the possibilities of their application in the legal field, as well as in the context of the technological revolution. Then, were investigated the prospects of the use of AI in procedural law, in addition to the ethical principles and guidelines for its use. At the end, the process of implementing artificial intelligence as a tool to improve the justice system in the state of Pernambuco was analyzed. The study was prepared according to the deductive method associated with literature review and document analysis
