Abstract

This text is guided by the following research question: what are the central recommendations that researchers in Law should pay attention to achieve good results on monographs, dissertations, and thesis? I base my answer to that prescriptive question on my own experiences with researches on Legal Theory and Sociology of Law, as well as on the Research Methodology’s literature. The work shows different stages of the scientific activities (from the research’s first organizations to the text’s final review) with the support of the systemic constructivism of authors as Niklas Luhmann, combining sociological descriptions with methodological recommendations.
