The machism has been rooted in the individual's behavior for centuries, affecting the most varied segments of human life and influencing social, economic, teaching, politics, culture and, especially, the judiciary, revealing a dramatic face of society. In this sense, the present work intends, as a research problem, to investigate the possibility of reproducing sexist stigmas in the context of legal operators, especially among magistrates. Therefore, the objective, in the light of the sociological theory, especially by Bourdieu, is to analyze male domination in the case that discharged the Judge from Sete Lagoas-MG, being a case study, based on a bibliographic review about the theme. Furthermore, there will be a contextualization of gender inequalities in the country, recalling the historical construction of male domination, as well as the field of law, mostly composed of men, and the male history of the various Brazilian legislations prior to the current Federal Constitution of 1988. Thus, it is concluded that male domination went through a naturalization process, being reproduced, consciously or not, not only in the case studied, but in several judicial decisions, as well as in other sectors of society. Its discussion is essential in order to find ways to extinguish such behaviors.
