Abstract

The presente essay choose the teoretical literary model of the jurisprudence as narrative developed by Robin West (1985) to observe law and racial theories as aesthetical objetcts, in order to explore new perspectives of narrative analysis as from race theories. This is a theoretical and exploratory research whose methodology of literature review will be choosen to analyse authors and literature, law and race theories. From the investigation carried out it was possible to observe the multifaceted character of racial theories and verify that they dialogue directly with theories of law and literary theories.

Especialista em Teoria e Filosofia do Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-MINAS) e em Direito Civil e do Consumidor pela Faculdade Baiana de Direito (JUSPODIVM).
